Booking, Payment & Cancellation Policy
I know policies aren’t the most exciting thing to read, but having everything clear from the outset helps me be fair to everyone.
I completely understand that life doesn’t always go to plan and sometimes appointments need to be changed or cancelled. All I ask is that you give me as much notice as possible so that I have the opportunity to offer your appointment to someone else.
Booking & Payment
Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment.
Payment can be made by bank transfer and I’ll provide the details when your appointment is arranged.
If payment hasn’t been received at least 48 hours before your appointment, I reserve the right to release the appointment to someone else.
If you’re booking less than 48 hours in advance, payment will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment:
- More than 24 hours’ notice — you can receive a full refund or move your payment to another appointment.
- Less than 24 hours’ notice — 50% of the appointment fee will be refunded.
- No-show — the full appointment fee will be forfeited and no refund will be given.
I appreciate that genuine emergencies and unexpected circumstances happen. If something outside your control prevents you from attending, please contact me as soon as you can.
Pre-Paid Courses
If you choose to purchase a course of treatments, you’ll receive six sessions for the price of five.
Once you’ve attended your first session, the course becomes non-refundable. Your remaining sessions can be used at any time within 12 months of your first appointment.
If you need to change an appointment that’s part of a pre-paid course, please give me at least 2 hours’ notice. You can then rearrange that session for a date within 28 days of the original appointment.
If you cancel with less than 2 hours’ notice or don’t attend, that session will be forfeited.
Distance Sessions
The same payment and cancellation terms apply to Distance Reiki and Distance Crystal Therapy sessions.
If something comes up and you’re unable to take part at the arranged time, please contact me as soon as possible.
A Little Flexibility
Policies are important, but I’m also human and I know that sometimes things happen that are completely beyond our control.
If you’re faced with a genuine emergency or exceptional circumstances, please talk to me. I’ll always try to be fair and reasonable.
